Xerox’s Bandrowczak Appointed to Fuji Xerox Board

Japan’s Fuji Xerox, the joint venture between Xerox and Fujifilm, announced today that Xerox’s Steven J. Bandrowczak, who was appointed in June 2018 as Xerox’s president and chief operations officer, was appointed to its board of directors.

Including Bandrowczak, Xerox has three directors on the Fuji Xerox board: Xerox CEO John Visentin and Xerox  CFO Xavier Hess. The chairman of the board, which has 12 members, is Shigetaka Komori, who is the chairman and CEO of Fujifilm Holdings.
