Xerox Acquires Digitex Canada

Xerox reports that it’s acquired Digitex Canada, the largest independent services, software and technology provider in Western Canada, for an undisclosed sum.

Digitex markets HP Inc., Konica Minolta, Canon, and Oce printers and copier/MFPs.
