UBEO Makes Two Acquisitions

Copier dealer UBEO Business Services reported on January 24th that it’s acquired Core Business Solutions and Copyzone for undisclosed sums.

As  an office-equipment dealer in South Texas, Core Business Solutions has sold document-management and managed network services since 2003. Like UBEO, Core is a multi-brand dealer, carrying Konica Minolta, Sharp, Savin among others. In Texas, the company’s headquarters are in Pharr and it has branch locations in Laredo and Brownsville,

CopyZone is a full service retail print provider and a subsidiary of Core Business Solutions. David Armstrong is the CEO for Core and Copyzone and will continue to serve as its market leader.
