Toner-Cartridge Remanufacturers Clover and MSE Announce Merger

Clover Technologies Group, a global provider of remanufactured toner cartridges, announced a merger with Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE), a provider of patented technologies for remanufactured toner cartridges, with the transaction expected to close in late summer pending regulatory approval.

For 20 years, MSE has provided the global dealer community with OEM alternative products. Since its inception in 1996, Clover has evolved from a remanufacturer of ink and toner cartridges to one of the largest global providers of products and services, including asset valuation, collections, reverse logistics, repair, remanufacturing, and resale for the imaging, wireless, and telecommunications equipment markets.
