Toner-Cartridge Remanufacturer Turbon Acquires International Laser Group
New Jersey-based Turbon AG, the largest publicly held remanufacturer and collector of laser toner cartridges worldwide, has acquired International Laser Group, Inc. (ILG), a 25-year-old industry leader in North America producing OEM-alternative imaging supplies, and headquartered in Woodland Hills, California.
International Laser Group will now join the Turbon Group of companies. Both companies will continue to operate independently in their respective marketplace channels.
