Here’s How it Works

When you submit a test unit, we announce the testing and post a thumbnail overview, videos, and a photo gallery (when applicable). Once the Review or Test Report is completed, you have the opportunity to review it before we post the results.

Distribution Rights/Product Endorsements

Once the Review or Hands-On Test Report has been finalized, you have the ability to purchase distribution rights. We then publish the complete Review or Hands-On Test Report on our Web site. Purchase of distribution rights allows your company to link to the test results on our Web site, and freely distribute the Review or Report, approved extractions, and the endorsement logo (when applicable).

If distribution rights are not purchased, we still publish the Hands-On Review on our Web site but announce the availability of a Hands-On Test Report for purchase. You may not use the review as a product endorsement in any manner, including Web links.

Send a Review Unit

Send us a hardware or software review unit and you’ll get an opportunity to review the entire report before we publish it. The review unit needs to be a production unit and if it’s a printer or MFP, we prefer it’s equipped with duplex printing and networking at minimum. Once the review process is complete, we will promptly ship your product back to you in like-new condition (if applicable).

Why We’re Qualified

President Terry Wirth has tested virtually every type of office product, including software and solutions. For over 35 years, he’s served as Manager or Director of Testing at three major office-product testing firms. He also served as a multi-term Chairman of the ASTM Subcommittee F.05 on business-imaging products, ANSI/ISO liaison, and chairman on several subcommittees, and has authored numerous test methods and practices.
