Ricoh’s PFU America Introduces New Solution for Hybrid Workgroup Collaboration
PFU America, Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of PFU Limited and a Ricoh company, today announced the Ricoh Meeting 360 V2, a 3-in-1 video conferencing device that’s designed for more effectively users connected users, including those in remote locations.
The Meeting 360 solution ($1,049 MSRP), provides 360-degree panoramic views and omni-directional speakers and microphones. Advanced speaker detection technology automatically focuses on active speakers, and changes the screen layout as the conversation continues. It’s compatible with most video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet.
The Meeting 360 device is also lightweight and portable, and features acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction to ensure all participants can be heard clearly, even in spaces with background noise.
Setup and Installation
The new video conferencing device was also designed for stress-free and seamless set-up and operation. PFU says the intuitive plug-and-play functionality means Meeting 360 can plug directly into a laptop with no need to configure multiple devices or install additional software.

- 360-degree panoramic image with active speaker focus: 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution 360-degree cameras capture vivid images of meeting attendees. With advanced audio-visual speech detection, Meeting 360 quickly and accurately identifies and displays those who are actively speaking. The screen image is automatically split and image size of active attendees is optimally adjusted.
- Crystal clear audio: Meeting 360 captures voices from any direction, thanks to its 3-microphone array with active speaker detection, allowing remote attendees to know who is speaking at all times and hear them with clarity. With 360° audio output, PFU says all remote attendees can be heard as clearly as if they were right there in the room.
- Screen layout switching: Meeting 360 provides a variety of screen layouts, including an optional 360-degree panoramic view. These layouts can be easily switched by touching the button on top of the device or through the meeting application.
- User-friendly design: Integrates a simple plug-and-play design that can be connected to a Windows PC or Apple Mac via a USB Type-C port. Volume and mute controls can be accessed from either side of the device, allowing on-site attendees to adjust regardless of their position at the table.
