Ricoh Dealer Automated Office Systems Acquires Complete Computing

Automated Office Systems has purchased the assets of Complete Computing, Inc., an IT managed-services provider (MSP) located in Fresno, California, for an undisclosed sum.

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of the Zygoquest Group served as advisors for the transaction.

Automated Office Systems markets Ricoh copier/MFPs and printers, and also markets manged IT network services, as well as managed print services, document-management solutions,  and mailing solutions,

T.C. McGowan, Inc., which is headquartered in Fresno, California, conducts business as Automated Office Systems (AOS), and was founded in 1977. AOS is owned and operated by Tom and Jeff McGowan.

Complete Computing, Inc. is an IT managed services provider (MSP) located in Fresno, California, and was owned by Cindy Silva. The firm provide clients throughout Fresno with a broad array of managed IT services and solutions.
