Ninestar Automates Production of Ink Supplies for Ink-Tank Printers
Ninestar Corporation of Zhuhai, China, reports that it’s added a new automated line to for mass production of its replacement ink bottles for use in high-capacity ink-tank inkjet printers and All-in-Ones. Ink-tank inkjet printers and All-in-Ones are available from OEMs such as Brother International, Canon, HP Inc., and Epson.
The system is said to provide continuous mass production of 2,000 pcs ink bottles per hour. The automated line enables full automation from filling to labeling. Ninestar says “The accurate, fast and stable flow of production ensures superb ink quality as well as high efficiency while reducing manual error.”
The firm says it’s been growing its ink-bottle portfolio in order to keep up with increasing demand for ink-tank “supertank” printers.
It says its Everbrite pigment-based ink and Gloria dye-based ink enabled provide “flawless and durable results,” while its patented and user-friendly ink bottle design guarantees zero ink leakage during ink-tank refilling.
