Marco Expands in Northeast with New Acquisition
On December 12th, Marco Technologies announced that it’s acquired INNOVEX for an undisclosed sum.
Since its inception in 1961, INNOVEX has been a provider of copiers, printers, and business IT services in the Rhode Island and Boston metropolitan areas. INNOVEX’s employees will continue to serve and support clients from their locations in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and Norwood, Massachusetts.
Marco, based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, will now have offices in 15 states. Marco established its presence on the East Coast in 2018, and through acquisitions now has locations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
The company provides managed IT, copier/MFPs, printers, and managed services. It has 48 locations throughout the United States, more than 1,200 employees and serves about 21,500 customers nationwide.
