Loffler Expands Footprint in Upper Midwest with New Acquisition

Loffler Companies reported on June 12th that it’s acquired Optimum Communications Corporation (OCC) for an undisclosed sum. Optimum Communications is a St. Cloud-based IT-solutions company with additional offices in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Loffler Companies, which is headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, welcomes OCC’s employees to Loffler’s IT sales and service team, which it says will contribute to Loffler’s position as a market leader in IT managed services and solutions.

Loffler’s suite of technology offerings and services include solutions from Mitel, Dell, EMC, Aruba, Nutanix, Microsoft 365 and complete security services. Loffler Companies is said to now be the largest privately owned company in the Upper Midwest providing business technology and services. It was recently named to the Elite 150 of CRN’s 2018 Managed Service Provider 500 (MSP500) list.
