Kyocera Launches Flat-Rate Print-Subscription Program
Last month, Kyocera Document Solutions America launched a new print-subscription service, its Unlimited Plan, which provides A4 and A3 copier/MFPs, supplies, maintenance, and service, with unlimited printing for one fixed cost. Essentially, all the customer supplies is paper.
Currently, there are five plans to choose from and eight MFPs, four of which are desktop A4 MFPs and four of which are A3 MFPs. Customers can choose a six-month or long-term contract (36, 48 or 60 months). There’s also a Pre-Pay for Device plan, under which customers purchase the MFP upfront, and then sign up for service and unlimited printing.
Customers can choose from these devices:
- Kyocera A4 desktop black-and-white MFPs, the M3655i and M3645idn. Plans start at $49.00.
- Kyocera A4 desktop color MFPs, the M6635cidn and M6630cidn. Plans start at $140.00
- Kyocera A3 black-and-white MFPs, the TASKalfa 4003i and TASKalfa 3212i. Plans start at $68.00.
- Kyocera A3 color MFPs, the TASKalfa 3554ci and TASKalfa 5053ci, Plans start at $167.00.
Under the program, there’s no initial assessment required and installation is free. The number of devices selected is not limited, and customers can swap out devices as needed.
