Kyocera Launches Color MFPs with Workflow Compatibility
On November 26th, Kyocera Document Solutions America announced two new A4 color MFPs, the TASKalfa 358ci and TASKalfa 308ci Color A4 MFPs, which are available through authorized Kyocera dealers and resellers.
The TASKalfa 358ci and TASKalfa 308ci Color A4 MFPs print on up to 8.5” x 14” media, and feature a 7” color touchscreen (TSI) tablet-like interface, as well as advanced finishing, mobile printing, and scanning capabilities through KYOCERA Mobile Print, as well as KYOCERA HyPAS Business Applications.
TASKalfa 358ci
The TASKalfa 358ci with print, copy, scan, and fax, is rated at 1,200 x 1,200 dpi with print speeds up to 37 ppm and scan speeds up to 120 images per minute. It comes standard with a 100-sheet Dual Scan Document Processor (DSDP) and can be equipped with additional paper trays to hold up to 3,100 sheets. It also comes equipped with an internal finisher that supports stapling and hole-punching. It’s enabled with Kyocer’s HyPAS platform, which supports various business applications and workflows. Last, it also provides Wi-Fi Direct and NFC support for print and scan directly from your mobile device.
TASKalfa 308ci
Kyocera says the TASKalfa 308ci is rated at up 32 ppm and offers small to mid-size businesses affordable, business quality color output, with print speeds up to 32 ppm, and exceptional durability, with long-life parts and consumables.
The new model, which comes standard with print, copy, scan, and fax, comes standard with a 75-sheet Reversing Automatic Document Processor (RADP) and can be equipped with additional paper trays to hold up to 3,100 sheets and an internal finisher that supports stapling. It’s also enabled for running KYOCERA Business Applications.
KYOCERA Fleet Services
These devices support KYOCERA Fleet Services (KFS), a cloud-based monitoring service that allows authorized dealers to remotely handle many maintenance tasks for their customers without time-consuming on-site visits.
KYOCERA Net Manager (KNM) and MyQ
All devices are KYOCERA Net Manager (KNM) and MyQ ready. KNM and MyQ are said to be comprehensive, yet simple output, capture, and fleet management solutions that upgrade the way users print and how they interact with their office device.
