Konica Minolta's All Covered Acquires Assets of Two Cloud-Computing Companies

December 18, 2014 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A.’s IT-services division, All Covered, reports that it’s acquired the assets of Integrated Data Solutions, and its sister company RockIT Cloud Solutions, both located in Detroit, Michigan.

The clients of both companies will be serviced by All Covered, giving All Covered a stronger foothold in the greater Detroit area and a wider platform for expanding its cloud-computing services. The acquisition became official December 1st.

Integrated Data Solutions has been delivering computer network-maintenance through its managed IT consulting and support services, while RockIT Cloud Solutions has focused on providing customers with cloud-based business continuity and data-recovery services. Through the acquisition, the staffs of both companies have joined All Covered.

As a result of the acquisition, customers of Integrated Data Solutions and RockIT Cloud Solutions will gain access to All Covered’s scalable cloud solutions including cloud servers, backup and disaster recovery, business continuity, and hosted applications. All Covered’s cloud offerings are hosted in two secure, private data centers that are SOC1/SOC2 compliant. All Covered also provides a wide range of offerings, including IT security, application development, desktop management, email management, server and network monitoring, a 24×7 client help desk, and onsite support.
