Kelly Imaging Acquires Fortress Business
On December 12th, Kelley Imaging Systems announced it had acquired Fortress Business Systems of Post Falls, Idaho, for an undisclosed sum. Kelley Imaging is one of the largest privately owned office technology companies in the Pacific Northwest, with 29 offices in Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
Supporting the Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington areas, Amber and Jerod Keyser of Fortress Business Systems are said to have a strong connection to the area and believe that responsive service and support is critical to on-going success. Looking at the upside of the merger, Jerod said, “I am ecstatic to marry the talented sales and service teams with Kelley Imaging’s amazing portfolio of technology offerings and their experienced technology specialists.”
The acquisition of Fortress Business Systems caps off a year of growth at Kelley Imaging. “I am excited about our latest expansion, bringing on an important geography and tenured resources that are so strongly rooted in their community”, said Aric Manion, President of Kelley Imaging. “Plus, the entire Fortress team will join the Kelley team, which is so important to maintain that critical local customer touch.”
