Kelley Imaging Acquires in Alaska
On January 15th, Kelley Imaging Systems announced that it had acquired Tongass Business Center, Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Tongass Business Center is headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska, with a branch office in Juneau, and was owned and operated by Marvin and Lani Davis since 1995. Tongass Business Center, an independent office products dealer of Sharp, HP, S.P. Richards, Essendant and Hon products, and provided customers throughout Southeast Alaska with document imaging solutions, including office equipment, services, supplies, and furniture.
Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as advisors to Tongass.
