Katun Launches Arivia Copier/MFPs in Europe with Mixed-Reality Showroom

Katun Corporation today announced the successful launch of its Arivia MFPs in Europe, supported by a innovative Mixed Reality Room, which enabled the company to make its first sales of the new product line, which is sourced from Fujifilm Business Innovation.

The Mixed Reality Room is a 3D virtual showroom developed in collaboration with the interactive marketing group, Mixed Reality Rooms by ABS Answered. It allows potential partners to interact with local Katun representatives, learn about the company, and explore Arivia products in-depth, from wherever they’re located.

From November 18th to December 9th, 2024, 113 registrants participated in 15 Mixed Reality Room sessions across Europe. Each session was tailored to meet the specific needs of attendees, with Katun representatives hosting each group in their local language, addressing unique questions, and providing detailed product insights.

Jon Palin of Elmdale Maintenance Limited shared his experience as an attendee: “The mixed reality presentation was a fascinating and unique way to explore the new range of equipment Katun was promoting. The augmented reality experience allowed me to explore the products and interact with the equipment remotely. It was a great way to dive deeper into the product’s features and specifications.”
