ITEX Announces Trade Show Dates

The organizers of the ITEX office-technology trade show announced that this year’s show will take place November 9-10 at the Flamingo Las Vegas Meeting and Convention Space in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The announcement comes after the postponement of last year’s show due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Noting that COVID-19 had an immense impact on the technology reseller industry, this year’s show is dedicated to answering questions on how to overcome these emerging challenges and thrive in a post-COVID market.

Marc Spring, founder and CEO of ITEX trade show, explained, “As traditional resellers, MSPs, and ITVars look toward the future of the industry and their businesses, this year’s ITEX show will fulfill its mission to provide concrete, actionable solutions to the challenges they face in a post-COVID marketplace. In the aftermath of the pandemic, it is essential for a proper exchange of ideas between C-Level executives while they meet with industry influencers in-person to focus on business development and growth to remain viable and thrive.”

ITEX is an  office technology showcase, where vendors can expand their reseller channel, and attendees can partner with new vendors to expand their service offerings. Attendees include office-technology dealers, solution providers, resellers, distributors,  and managed solutions providers.

ITEX provides a showcase for the following:

Managed Print Services (MPS)

ITEX offers education and partnerships for those transitioning into MPS and who want to improve their existing services, and for those who have mastered the service and are looking to enhance their portfolio offerings.

MPS includes hardware and OEMs,  3D printing, wide-format printing, and mobile printing.

Reseller Automation

Business Solution Providers are exploring the most efficient ways to automate business operations. Reseller automation includes:

  • Streamlining operations for efficiency
  • Transitioning to digitization
  • Improving quality of service
  • Improving connectivity between departments

Document Management

According to ITEX, vendors selling document technology can expect to find new technologies that fit in with their current offerings. Resellers will find new partners to grow with and new products to sell to their established customer base. Document management encompasses:

  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Document imaging and scanning
  • Document workflow

Smart Office

ITEX says it will be one of the first events of its kind exploring the Smart Office. Smart Office is conceptually similar to Smart Home, implementing similar technology in the work space. Implementing the Smart Office by integrating new technologies will allow the workplace to be remotely manageable,  more efficient, and safer
