The Embedded Web Server (EWS) has been markedly improved over previously tested Epson units and adds access to an extensive list of page, mode, and media counters, as well as all configuration settings, such as the address book and mobile and remote settings. However, other than extensive mode and media counters, there are little or no user or security-management features, such as those found with Epson WorkForce Printers for Workgroups models, as well as with some other competitive units in this class.
The Epson WorkForce WF-7610 EWS (Embedded Web Server) is accessed by entering its network IP address into the address bar of a Web browser, and virtually every monitoring and setup option can be performed remotely.

Maintenance
Replacing the four separate ink cartridges is easy, and even the most novice users will be ably to quickly and easily replace ink cartridges. Simply unwrap the four CYMK ink cartridges, open the front cover, press-in to un-latch and pull out the depleted cartridge, slide the new ink cartridge into its color-coded slot, press it in until it clicks into place, close the latch, and close the front cover. Replacing the four separate ink cartridges is very easy, and even new users should be able to quickly and easily replace ink cartridges.
