Nuance PaperPort 12 SE is used to import, scan, organize, manipulate. and distribute scans and other documents. It provides more advanced functionality than Control Center 4.
Installation
Programs installed in Microsoft Windows.
Hardware set-up was reasonable at approximately 23.6 minutes, including installing the four ink cartridges and ink priming, and the print head is pre-installed. Software and network installation was also comparatively easy. and took approximately 19.5 minutes. There is also a Driver Deployment Wizard available from Brother. Note that only one Brother Utility is installed and it conveniently includes in-install and installation-repair selections. An automatic (network) connection repair option is also available during the installation process.
