Former Print Audit Exec Joins Tigerpaw
Tigerpaw Software, creator of Tiger One business-process automation business-process automation software, has named managed print services industry expert West McDonald its new vice president of Business Development.
McDonald, who previously served as VP of business development at Print Audit from 2014 to 2019, spent the past 15 years exclusively in the office-equipment channel, sharing his expertise on alternative billing models, such as seat-based billing and flat-rate billing, to help partners and clients excel in managed print and converged services.

West’s track record and reputation as a thought leader caused him to always be on our radar. When he became a free agent, it was an absolute no-brainer to approach him about becoming part of our team.”
McDonald said the workplace atmosphere at Tigerpaw as well as the company’s focus on the convergence of technology services attracted him to this role.

In his new role at Tigerpaw, McDonald will continue to share the need for and importance of offering converged services to partners and customers from the entire technology services industry, including A/V, managed IT, office equipment, security, telephony and two-way radio. His main responsibilities will include establishing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners, assisting in the refinement of product offering and positioning, representing Tigerpaw at industry events and creating educational content in the form of webinars, blog posts and how-to guides.
