Flex Technology Group, (FTG), which is said to be the U.S.’s largest managed print services (MPS) provider with national coverage for multi-vendor environments, held its Annual Leadership Conference on February 12th in Tempe, Arizona.
The full-day event together over 200 attendees, including industry experts, FTG’s member companies and corporate staff members, to mark the company’s strong performance in 2023, customer successes, and the presentation of company awards.
Record Revenue
For fiscal-year 2023, FTG reported double-digit growth, posting a record $434 million in revenue and achieving 9 percent organic growth, resulting in $75 million in organic growth over the past two years.
FTG also reported another record year of maintaining 97 percent client retention of its 30,000 coast-to-coast customers and the addition of 1,800 new customers. FTG’s new customers include enterprise accounts in every vertical market, including hospitals and medical centers across the nation.
According to CEO Frank Gaspari: “This has been an exciting year for FTG and we are extremely optimistic about our opportunities for continued growth in the year ahead. Our focus on achieving long-term growth involves continuing to invest in our technology stack, ensuring our service network is one that cultivates a supportive culture and delivering nothing less than passionate customer care.”
Awards presented during the event to recognize the achievements of FTG companies included:
- 180 Turnaround Most Improved: Millennium Business Systems
- Founder’s Award: Advance Business Systems
- President’s Cup: FlexTG OG (FlexPrint, ProCopy, Action Imaging Group)
- Chairman’s Cup: FTG East (Flo-Tech)
Additionally, four sales representatives received “Sales Rep of the Year” awards, 36 “Above and Beyond” awards went to individuals working at various FTG companies and a “DEI Champion of the Year” award was also presented.
