Engineers Unveil World’s Smallest 3D Printer

Engineers at the Vienna Institute of Technology announced what appears to be the world’s smallest 3D printer. While 3D printers aren’t new, this printer weighs in at just about 3 lbs. Its inventors say it can be sold for about 1200 Euro (about $1,700 U.S.), and one day hope that it will make its way into classrooms and homes. Read the Popular Science story here.
