Dell Rolling out Dell Print Services with Pay by the Cartridge or Pay by the Page
Dell is introducing Dell Print Services, which includes Dell Toner Monitoring Service and Dell Print Page Service, and is designed for mid-market customers for helping them procure and manage print expenditures.
The Dell Toner Monitoring Service allows customers to pay on a per-cartridge basis, while the Dell Print Page Service allows for a pay per-page (with a base charge and monthly billing). Customers can choose whichever plan best suits their needs.
Dell Print Services are phasing in with a limited rollout in the United Kingdom and United States, with a broader launch of services in other countries scheduled for 2014.
The following printer models are supported by these new services:
Dell Mono Printers: B2360dn, B3460dn, B5460dn
Dell Mono MFPs: 2335dn, 2355dn, B2375dnf, B2375dfw, B3465dnf, B5465dnf
Dell Color Printers: 2150cn, 2150cdn, C2660dn, C3760n, C3760dn, 5130cdn, 7130cdn
Dell Color MFPs: 2155cn, 2155cdn, C2665dnf, C3765dnf, C5765dn, C7765dn
Dell also recently the Dell Document Hub cloud service and four new Dell printers: a color MFP (C2665dnf), color single-function (C2660dn), and two mono MFPs (B2375dnf and B2375dfw). The Dell Document Hub cloud service allows users to share, create, and print across many common cloud document platforms, while the new lineup of MFPs helps users easily digitize documents.
