Fraser Acquires DocuSense

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of the Zygoquest Group reported that this month, Fraser Advanced Information Systems has acquired Laser Supply, Inc.- otherwise known as DocuSense – for an undisclosed sum.

DocuSense (www.docusense.com) is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and was founded in 1989. It was owned and operated by Bob Melso and Donna Melso, brother and sister.  DocuSense specialized in Managed Print Services (MPS) and was an authorized dealer of Xerox, Sharp, HP Inc., and Lexmark equipment.  DocuSense is said to have developed a core expertise in the management and financial reporting of large printer fleets in working with clients in developing state-of-the-art systems for reporting, managing and controlling print-fleet costs.

DocuSense introduced MPS in 2004, becoming one of the first companies to bring MPS. The company has served customers throughout the Greater Philadelphia Market – from its headquarters in West Chester, west to Harrisburg, east to the Jersey Shore, north to Princeton, New Jersey, and south to Delaware.  DocuSense also served a number of regional and national customers.

Fraser Advanced Information Systems (www.fraser-ais.com) is headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, with branch offices in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Allentown, Wilkes Barre, and now West Chester, all in Pennsylvania, and is owned and operated by Bill Fraser.  Fraser has been a lprovider of office technology solutions and business process automation for 48 years.  Fraser provides office equipment and technology services to customers in all industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, also providing Fraser’s Smart Tool Set.  Fraser remotely manages via the cloud its clients’ information systems, business processes and office equipment from Fraser’s Global Support Center.  It provides document management, managed print, software solutions and IT and network support, and is an authorized dealer of Sharp and Canon printers, copier/MFPs, scanners and fax servers.  Fraser also is the only full-service provider and vendor of 3DSystems 3D printing technology.
