The new HL-L3270CDW printer is the successor to Brother’s current model, the HL-L3170CDW, which Brother says is the industry’s current best-selling single-function printer in the color laser category in the United States, according to The NPD Group.

Eric Dahl, director of B2C product marketing at Brother, commented: “We took one of the industry’s leading lineups of digital color printers and made it even better by listening to our home-office and small-office customers and addressing more of their printing and imaging challenges. With this new lineup, customers can reliably and affordably add laser-quality sharp text and vivid color images to their important documents.”

Brother’s new models are said to feature faster print speeds, robust build improvements, and “touch to connect” printing with Near Field Communications (NFC) on select models for mobile print and/or scan with NFC-enabled mobile devices.
