Lexmark Launches New Partner Program for Resellers

Lexmark International has launched a new global program, the Connect Partner Programme, for its authorized resellers. The program is designed for helping resellers better use all of Lexmark’s entire portfolio, including printers, copier/MFPs, supplies, managed print services, and software solutions.

The program includes:

  • Sales and marketing resources that include promotional tools for selling Lexmark products and services.
  • Educational resources that include Webinars, training materials, self-paced online courses, and more.
  • Rewards and incentives that include loyalty programs for authorized resellers.
  • Product and technical support that include access to the Lexmark Virtual Solutions Center, product library, and troubleshooting help.

“By joining the new programme, Lexmark’s channel partners can access in-depth knowledge of the market and technology leadership to provide their customers with informed recommendations on hardware, solutions and services,” Lexmark said in a statement. “This will allow them to differentiate themselves and capitalise on the opportunities of this fast-changing market.”

Lexmark says the new program is superior to its current channel offerings, and consolidates existing features and benefits.

“We have designed this new programme from the ground up to provide a framework that supports our partners as they adapt to a fast-evolving market,” said Danny Molhoek, Lexmark’s general manager of North West Europe. “Joining the programme will also allow our partners to better connect with the current and future document output and management needs of businesses in an era of digital transformation.”
