‘Free’ Printer from Cartridge World Requires Purchase of Toner, Ink Supplies

Illinois-based Cartridge World, a global franchise that sells OEM-alternative toner and ink cartridges, is offering a the No-Cost Printer Lease program across the United States. Under the program, as long as customers purchase their printing supplies for their printers from Cartridge World, they can use their printers for free.

The program is available to companies and organizations of all sizes, and includes printers as well as color and black-and-white printers that also copy, scan, and fax, including brands such as HP Inc., Canon, Brother, Epson, Dell, Lexmark, Xerox, and Samsung. Customers who print over 2,ooo pages per month per printer qualify.

The No-Cost Printer Lease program is simple, says Cartridge World. First, a company completes a questionnaire to describe their needs. Second, if the company’s printing volume meets minimum requirements, Cartridge World will present various equipment and supply options. Then Cartridge World will lock in prices for printing supplies for a 1- to 2-year plan for the customer. As long as customers buy their printing supplies for their printers from Cartridge World, they can use the printers for free.

Cartridge World also offers free next-day delivery for printing supplies, service and support on printers, and cartridge recycling. “At a time when office superstores are merging and consolidating services, Cartridge World is expanding,” commented Tom McLaughlin, North American Marketing Director for Cartridge World. “Whether a company needs one or 100 printers, they could qualify for the program and eliminate the high cost of hardware and over-priced supplies and service.

“Cartridge World’s program revolutionizes the way copier companies and superstores trained corporate America to buy printers,”  said McLaughlin. “With the No-Cost Printer Lease, business customers will not only use printers for free, but also benefit from saving 20-30 percent on printing supplies. They can save hundreds to thousands of dollars annually.”

Cartridge World has 450 retail locations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
