New App Links Kyocera Multifunctionals to Google Accounts
KYOCERA Document Solutions America is launching its new Google Connector application, which enables users of Kyocera HyPAS-enabled MFPs to directly access their Google email and calendar functions.
With the new app, which was developed by Kyocera, users can access their Google accounts via the MFP’s touch-screen control panel. They can then browse through their email messages and folders, including their inbox, sent mail folder, and personalized folders, r print their email messages, attachments, or calendars.
At the MFP, users can also:
- Compose emails.
- Scan documents to store them or send them as email attachments.
- Print personal or shared monthly calendars.
- Find emails via keyword search.
Kyocera Google Connector is available through authorized KYOCERA dealers.
