Konica Minolta Acquires Results Engineering, Provider of Enterprise Content Management Solutions
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. reports that it’s acquired Results Engineering, an enterprise content management (ECM) solution provider, for an undisclosed sum. Konica Minolta says the acquisition will support and further expand its growth strategy for providing enterprise content management (ECM).
As a wholly owned subsidiary, Results Engineering will become a part of Konica Minolta’s ECM business practice and will market its products under the Konica Minolta brand name. The primary office location in Westerville, Ohio, will continue to support central U.S. markets, as well as house the company’s management and administrative staff.
