- PrinterOn has been in the news lately and this time it’s a bit more interesting. It announced that it settled a patent-infringement suit it filed against Uniguest, which deploys guest-printing solutions typically used in hotels, and also plans to establish a long-term relationship with Uniguest.
- There’s been a lot of action concerning the lifeblood of our industry–ink and toner. This time, Canon and Parsia settle over Parsia alleging infringing on Canon toner-cartridge patents.
- More lifeblood protection: NYPD seizes $400,000 worth of hot HP Indigo supplies.

Have we mentioned how much we love Evernote lately? Anyway, Konica Minolta does the right thing and adds a scan to Evernote app that allows access to an Evernote account directly from the touch screen of a Konica Minolta bizhub MFP.
OpenText has named Ricoh its Global Strategic Partner of the Year. Congrats everybody, that’s a nice partner to have if you can get it!
