Xerox Introduces ConnectKey for DocuShare for Easier Routing of Scanned Hardcopy into Document Workflows
Xerox has expanded its DocuShare enterprise-content management platform with new and easier ways for uses to access and manage paper and digital content. The firm says its new ConnectKey for DocuShare is a one-step scan-to-workflow solution that simplifies scanning and incorporating hard copy content into document flows. Users can scan documents directly into a DocuShare collection or to a Windows folder via a Xerox ConnectKey or Xerox Extensible Interface Platform-enabled MFP simply by entering document information at the device. Business workflows can also be developed and shared in minutes to an entire team or organization.
