On October 24th, Print Tracker of Boise, ID, announced a “strategic collaboration” with Supplies Network. Under the agreement, both companies’ customers can now request to have printer and copier/MFP print and copy page-volume information gathered by Print Tracker to be uploaded to the Supplies Network database for automated supply fulfillment using Supplies Network’s mpsSELECT platform.
Print Tracker clients using Supplies Network’s “Myprintermanager.com” solution can contact the provider to inform them if they wish to integrate, then call Print Tracker. Print Tracker administrators enable the integration ability within the Admin software, and dealers can then directed installations to upload data upon request. Once designated, dealer administrators can monitor exact dates when meter data is uploaded.
