DEX Imaging Acquires Managed-Print Services Provider TotalPrint

Dex Imaging Tampa FLDEX Imaging, the largest independent document-imaging dealer in the U.S. Southeast, with 2014 revenues exceeding $150,000,000, reports that it’s acquired TotalPrint LLC.

According to Dex Imaging, this is the second of several acquisitions slated for 2015 that it says will increase its annual revenues beyond $200 million. Last month, Dex Imaging also acquired two Florida dealers – see our story here.

TotalPrint specializes in managed print services (MPS). Dex says TotalPrint customers will now also benefit from DEX Imaging’s service network, and will also have the advantage of choosing from a range of MFPs, including various Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Hewlett-Packard, and Canon MFP-copiers and printers that DEX Imaging sells and services, along with document-imaging software solutions.

DEX Imaging CEO Dan Doyle Jr. commented: “The addition of TotalPrint expands DEX Imaging’s sales and service offerings in the managed-print sector, which is where our industry is seeing the fastest growth. This acquisition is important to our 10-year expansion strategy moving forward.”
