Canon U.S.A. Earns CompTIA’s Managed Print Trustmark for MPS
Canon U.S.A. reports that it’s received the CompTIA Managed Print Trustmark, an industry credential that signifies adherence to best practices for technology-service delivery and customer interaction, and is designed specifically for technology businesses providing on-premise managed print services (MPS) via a managed-services business model.
“Earning this credential identifies Canon U.S.A. as a business that meets or exceeds the best business practices the IT industry has to offer,” said Nancy Hammervik, senior vice president of industry relations for CompTIA.
The Trustmark was developed by CompTIA, a non-profit association for the information-technology industry, in collaboration with industry experts and leaders, to identify businesses that have made a commitment to the highest levels of integrity and sustained quality service.
To earn the CompTIA Managed Print Trustmark, Canon U.S.A. was evaluated on its internal practices and procedures, and the external activities and operations Canon engages in with customers and prospects.
