Konica Minolta’s All Covered Acquires Assets of Techcess Group

Konica Minolta All Covered Large LogoMay 13, 2015 – IT-services provider All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, reports that it’s acquired the assets of Houston-based Techcess Group, expanding its cloud-computing and mobile-computing IT offerings in Texas.

Techcess’ clients will now be serviced by All Covered, giving All Covered a significantly larger footprint in Texas, and increased scope of services, such as cloud-computing and mobility solutions.

This is All Covered’s third acquisition in 2015: in April it acquired Boston-based EveryNetwork, and in February it acquired Preferred Networks.

“Techcess has an outstanding reputation both in Texas and nationally for providing customers with best-in-breed IT solutions,” commented Todd Croteau, president of All Covered. “Their expertise in cloud-computing and mobility solutions will help All Covered greatly expand the innovative technologies we are offering customers not only in Texas but nation-wide.”

Techcess’ staff will join All Covered’s workforce of more than 800 employees. All Covered says the larger engineering and operations teams created by the acquisition will support the combined All Covered and Techcess client base, giving clients access to a broader range of services and full 24/7 coverage.

Hugh Sazegar, former president and CEO of the Techcess Group, has been named managing director for All Covered in Houston. He commented, “This is great news for our clients and employees. We’re delighted to join the strongest MSP (managed services provider) in the business and to offer our clients additional services and capabilities.”

All Covered says Techcess’ core and expanded services align strongly with All Covered’s main areas of growth, cloud and mobility computing.
