Sharp-Continuum Partnership Will Enable Sharp Dealers to Offer Continuum Managed-IT Services
April 28, 2015 – Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America reports that Continuum, a channel-exclusive provider of managed-IT services solutions, has been selected as a Sharp Strategic Alliance Member, so that Sharp authorized dealers will now able to offer Continuum’s managed IT services to their customers.
According to the firm, Sharp dealers that partner with Continuum benefit from strategic pricing, and on-going IT-services training, as well as expansion of their offerings to customers.
Sharp says that office-equipment dealers across the United States use Continuum’s intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform that provide proactive problem resolution backed by Continuum’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk, resolving thousands of alerts. Continuum co-authored the “Managed IT Services Business Model Report,” which outlines how office-equipment dealers can provide best-in-class support with managed IT services. As a provider of managed IT services, Continuum enables its Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners to maintain both on-premise and cloud-based servers, desktops, mobile devices, and other solutions for small and mid-size businesses. Continuum’s SaaS platform enables MSPs to back up, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain clients’ IT infrastructure from a single point.
Continuum says MSPs can leverage its pay-as-you-grow business model to scale IT services without committing to long-term contracts, and to reserve in-house staff for strategic initiatives.
