January 15, 2015 – Kofax, a leading provider of automated document-processing software reports that it’s formed a global partnership with Xerox under which Xerox will sell, market, deploy and support Kofax’s TotalAgility, a “smart process” application development and deployment platform. Xerox says the partnership will enhance its managed-print and document-management services. Kofax’s sales and services staff will support Xerox under the agreement..

“Our partnership with Kofax creates a more comprehensive document-processing solution so customers can extract even greater benefits from Xerox’s Next Generation Managed Print Services, which improves productivity by automating and simplifying business processes,” commented Mike Feldman, president of Xerox’s Large Enterprise Operations. “The combination of our leading technologies with cooperative marketing, sales, and technical services positions both companies for significant market growth.”

Kofax TotalAgility combines document-capture, process-management, data-integration, mobility, analytics, and e-signature capabilities in one platform. According to Kofax, TotalAgility provides an essential link between an organization’s systems of engagement and systems of record, helping increase responsiveness to customers, improve service, and reduce operating costs.

“We view this as a very strategic relationship, one that should better serve customers and build market share,” said Howard Dratler, executive vice president of Kofax’s Field Operations. “We look forward to working with Xerox to realize these benefits by leveraging the global reach and expertise of both companies while providing even greater value to our customers.”
