Kyocera Launches RightFax Connector for Connecting to RightFax Servers

Kyocera peopleKYOCERA Document Solutions America is launching Kyocera RightFax Connector. This Kyocera-developed business application connects a Kyocera MFP to a new or existing OpenText RightFax server, thereby allowing users to fax documents directly from the Kyocera MFP.

With Kyocera RightFax Connector, users scan a hard-copy document (or select one from stored archives) and enter a fax destination via the Kyocera MFP’s control panel. The application automatically puts the job in the fax server’s outbound queue.

Kyocera RightFax Connector is available through authorized Kyocera dealers at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $5,500 per RightFax Server.

Kyocera RightFax Connector consolidates all fax functionality to the Kyocera MFP touch screen. It allows businesses to leverage an existing RightFax investment or adopt a new scalable, enterprise-wide solution, streamlining fax processes while consolidating dedicated fax machines into MFPs. The application also provides an audit trail of faxed documents, which is vital to customer who must adhere to strict compliance regulations, such as corporations in the healthcare, manufacturing, and finance industries.
