Metrofuser Introduces Remanufactured HP Printers, ‘MpsClass,’ Available for Dealers Only
New Jersey-based Metrofuser, which re-manufactures parts for Hewlett-Packard and Lexmark laser printers, is introducing a new line, called MpsCLASS, that consist of laser printers, including color, monochrome, standalone, and MFP, for placement in managed-print environments, and which will be distributed only through dealers.
Metrofuser says its MpsClass Printers are typically one-third the price of a new equivalent and are 100-percent remanufactured. It says each model undergoes a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process, and is backed by an extensive warranty. Although the printers are not technically new, Metrofuser says they demonstrate the closest thing to new standards available. The company offers MpsClass printers in all sizes and various capabilities each selected based on their noteworthy:
- Historical reliability.
- Low-cost part replacement.
- Low-cost toner replenishment.
- Service-technician accessibility.
As noted, MpsClass laser printers are available only through Metrofuser’s dealer-only network. Metrofuser says it protects and supports its dealers with non-branded owner’s manuals, collateral marketing, and blind-drop shipments.
Each MpsClass printer comes with scalable warranties that range from six, to 18, to 24 months. Scalable warranties offer dealers full control over cost points, expenses, and profitability. For a complete list of MpsClass printers, visit Metrofuser here.
