OKI Adds AirPrint Mobile-Printing Support to New MC362W and MC562w A4 Color MFPs

AirPrint 2OKI Data Americas reports that it’s added AirPrint mobile-printing support to its recently launched MC362w and MC562w A4 color MFPs. With AirPrint, users of Apple iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices will be able to wirelessly print to the MC362w and MC562w.

The MC362w and MC562w feature duplex printing capabilities, OKI’s high-definition color technology, and a compact design. Both products are backed by a three-year carry-in limited warranty and five-year limited warranty for the MFP’s LED print heads, and are designed for small workgroups.

“As the workforce become increasingly mobile, so too is OKI’s line of office printers and printing solutions,” commented Carl Taylor, director of North America Marketing at OKI Data Americas. “Having AirPrint support for printers in our broad product portfolio provides increased opportunities for our channel partners and improved options for our end users. OKI will continue to augment our mobile printing offerings to drive greater efficiency within the workplace.”

Most of OKI’s color printing solutions feature Single Pass Color as well as proprietary digital LED and HD Color technologies. These technologies allow OKI Data Americas to manufacture products that require fewer moving parts for increased reliability and outstanding color output quality.
